We offer engagement sessions and proposal photography for couples who want their love story captured from the very beginning — whether it’s a romantic session ahead of your save-the-date, or discreetly capturing the moment he or she says yes.
Every session is shot in the same romantic style as our wedding work, so your gallery feels like one continuous story — from proposal to "I do." Engagement sessions are available as part of select wedding collections, or booked separately as a standalone experience for your engagement or proposal.
Wedding Photography FAQ
These are the most common questions we've been asked as wedding photographers.
For most weddings, we recommend 8+ hours of coverage — especially if your day includes multiple locations, or if you'd prefer a more relaxed timeline that minimizes any sense of rush. This coverage works beautifully for weddings spanning several locations, allowing time to capture the getting-ready details, pre- ceremony portraits (including first looks, location photos, bridal party, and family formals), the ceremony, cocktail hour, and most of your reception — concluding with a memorable send-off, such as a sparkler exit.
Absolutely! We encourage couples to pick a package that fits with initial budget if they know they want to get on the books. You can upgrade at anytime. This usually happens after we send out our photography questionnaire (60 days out), which will give you a better idea of all the things you want captured throughout your event.
Yes — an engagement session helps us get comfortable together in front of the camera before the weddingday, so you feel relaxed and confident when it matters most. It's also a beautiful way to start your gallery before the big day even begins.
We deliver sneak peeks within the first 2 weeks after your event, and your final gallery between 7–10 weeks.
Depending on your wedding package, we typically edit and deliver 50–100 images per hour of photography. We also include black & white versions of our favorite portraits, details, and moments.
Yes — we're happy to capture your wedding in photo, video, or both. Many couples choose to book us for the complete experience, so every moment is preserved in stills and in motion.
